Cancellation Policy and Return policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.
● We require all of our clients a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost for the
scheduled services in order to reserve the appointment.
● Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or to reschedule.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is subject to forfeit of the FULL deposit of
the scheduled service(s) (Regardless of reason for rescheduling or cancellation).
● No-Shows or same day cancellations will result in the FULL deposit being forfeited and a
new deposit will be required for new appointments.
● I Acknowledge in the event I have a service package with Skinluxe and I miss my
appointment or cancel the same day, A session from my package will be forfeited or
agree to pay $50 per service cancelled.
● By Signing below, I give permission to Skinluxe LLC to charge the card on file for no
shows and last minute cancellations.
Return Policy
● Products purchased in the clinic must be returned within 7 days of purchase and the products being returned must be unopened.
● Products purchased online must be returned within 30 days of your order date. Products being returned must be unopened.
● Products that have been opened and are returned will not be refunded.
● All Refunds regardless or product or packages will be in store credit only provided in a
Store giftcard with no expiration date or account credit. ●
